and then we need to kick-start our brains. Working long hours on special
projects at home or at work can leave you exhausted. There are a few essential
oils that can combat mental exhaustion and help rejuvenate the brain.

healing powers both physically and spiritually. I personally prefer the citrus
essential oils and like to use orange. It inspires sensitivity and opens our
hearts by clearing out our negative emotions.

essential oils to help enhance the massage experience.
