around you anxious. We are naturally drawn and attracted to happy people that
make us laugh. Learning to look at the positive side of situations also means
you will naturally attract happy and positive people.

When you start to feel anxious or stressed, keep a list of
friends that can make you laugh. Call them and tell them you need a break and
you need to laugh. I have fun friends that I can count on when I need a good
laugh. Recall a funny story with them.

with your dog or give your cat a catnip toy is a great way to relieve stress.
