Pillow Talk

My clients always ask for advice on several topics in regards to how they can maintain their body after they leave my studio. One of the most commonly asked questions is what type of pillow they should sleep on. A good night’s sleep is critical to your overall physical and mental health.

Natural Alignment

A good pillow helps your spine maintain its natural alignment while you are sleeping. If your pillow is too high your head will unnaturally bend forward causing muscle strain in both your back and neck. A pillow that is too high can also constrict your airways and prevent you from getting a good night’s rest.

If you have trouble with snoring, it may be because your pillow is too high or too low. The proper height for a pillow should be four to six inches high and contoured to support your head and neck.

A pillow should fit the natural contours of your body.

Get a good pillow and say goodbye to:

  • Sleepless Nights
  • Snoring
  • Sore Back
  • Stiff Neck

What I recommend to all of my clients:
